It’s always a very nice stay . Everything is nice and clean and comfortable. The bar at the hotel had a small band great music and we ordered something to eat. We definitely will stay there again.

Not my first stay. I’ve been staying there for work and it has been very quiet and comfortable. The staff in the hotel as well as the bar are very nice especially Cayla at the front desk who was very nice, helpful, and knows very well the inter workings of the property giving her the ability to answer all questions and take care of any problems

Great place with beautiful garden inside and walking trial in the backside. When we visited in Aug 25, we saw plenty of butterflies and birds in the garden.The walking trial behind leads to the wonderful natural cascade park which will be fun for all ages. The hotel lacks facilities - no washer/dryer, no iron box and no drinking water fountain. Limited breakfast options. But the location, beautiful surroundings and good staffs made out stay great.

The pictures on Orbitz is nothing like the actual. It’s a dump When I arrived I tried to conceal and they refused and eventually agreed to cancel my second night. So I lost the first night. I rented Airbnb instead Filthy and unkept

I stayed here when I moved my son into his dorms last week. It was very motel-ish which is fine, I expected that from the photos. What I did not expect was to turn on the water in the shower and have orange/brown water pour out. I took a photo and sent it to the management and the response was that when they went to the room the water looked fine. The college aged girls working at the front desk were very kind and offered their apologizes regarding the situation but as far as I know nothing has been done to fix the water situation. Wouldn’t recommend staying there unless you are cool with not being able to shower or showering in questionable water.

Homey feel

Cascades is better on the inside than it looks from the outside! There's a courtyard, grill, tables. There is an older smell in the lobby, but that doesn't carry out throughout the building. There's continental breakfast. The rooms are "homey." The fixtures are older, but everything works just fine. The temperature was great in the room, beds are super comfortable. There was an extra blanket. Everything was clean, no bugs!
