We’ve stayed at Cascades many times over the last several years and really enjoyed it. This time was below average for several reasons. Our bed spread had several long black hairs on it. The group of people in the room above partied literally all night long. The breakfast use to included some hot items like bacon, sausage or biscuits and gravy. It’s now just some cereal and toast. Lastly, the staff was less than helpful but more specifically the person who checked me in. The whole experience was disappointing.

We were on the first floor and everything was nice and clean even though you can tell is an older building. The toilet rocked a little bit, but as i said it was clean. I would stay there again.

No hot water in shower apparently because the hotel was full. Had to run shower for 15 minutes to let rust out because of very old boiler. Killed huge spider in bathroom.

This is a central location when visiting family, this is our 3rd time staying here. The staff was very accommodating. Lots of activity in this area, especially if Indiana University has a game. Lots of dining options within a reasonable driving distance. Room was comfortable--some of the electrical outlets are not easily accessible--bring an extension cord. Definitely an older facility.

Not a bad little place to stay. Looks a little rough from the outside but the room is very clean. The room I had you could see the light coming through around the door but overall not a bad place. Would stay there again
