I’ve booked this place before and didn’t notice much, maybe because I was mostly at work, but this time I got to see how dirty it is. I’m not sure if the side door locks because the handle was broken and if pushed hard enough, it would open. The room we stayed at had a bad smell and you’d smell it if you turn off the AC. They might need to change their carpet. The bathroom door was sneaking and the fridge shelf was broken (seemed to be eaten by termites). I understand that people being loud isn’t a hotel issue, but you might need to know as walls are thin. Finally, I requested for housekeeping and I’m sure they didn’t even bother coming, but lied about knocking and since nobody answered, they didn’t come in, according to them. 1. My fiancé is a very light sleeper and he would have heard and 2. All the hotels I’ve been to knock and when they don’t hear anything, they enter since they suppose nobody is there. If someone answers, then they announce and ask if house cleaning is needed… I overall had a bad experience and only gave 2 stars because the location has different food options.
