Don't stay here

The pool was closed for "chemical testing" but it was running. The staff was on their phone when I came to check in and I had to wait for her to finish her personal call. It smelled funky. It seemed like it was a hotel for people with vouchers and were living there. Breakfast was a bagel or cereal and they didn't have much out. It was a horrible stay for my family. Definitely not what is advertised online.

The pool was closed,my bedding had stains on it,the tv barley worked,the room smelled and the guest were loud the walls are almost paper thin

the pool was out of service, they tried to bill my debit card for my stay even though i had paid with a hotel.com gift card. they did give me a refund but it put a hold on my card for two days. bed was lumpy. there was a police incident the first night i was there. it wasn't very clean. good location. not going back.

There were some slight snags during the check in process, but the staff were always friendly, willing to help, and the rest of the stay was wonderful. :-)
