The cover between the beds was broken, the cover of the freezer within the refrigerator was laying on one of the shelves when we got to the room. I put it back on as well as I could because we needed the freezer for a few ice packs for my husband. I wasn’t made aware that we had to actually tell the front desk that we wanted our room cleaned. We needed new towels and the garbage taken out. I have never heard of having to actually ask for our room to be cleaned before. That was a huge turn off and makes me not recommend the hotel.

Decent location. The lobby is where the money is spent. Rooms are old and need updated. Dust and dirt either from the ac unit and/or the ceiling was all over the white bed linen.

Great facility and rooms. Terrible food.

Loved the newness of everything in lobby and the rooms. Didn’t love the quality of the breakfast food, specially the cooked items. Cheese omelets looked like rubber. French toast was unappealingly hard especially the edges/crust. The pancake machine produced disgusting in taste and looks pancakes that were inedible.

I wasn’t aware that there was an additional charge for parking. Also, you have to pay extra to get a ride using the hotel shuttle just to go 1 mile down the road.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom needs grab bars in the tub as it was difficult getting in and out of safely. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly.

The only reason I have it 3 stars is because you have to pay 15 a day for parking and on game day it is 35… they don’t tell you until you get there.

A bit noisy from outside traffic. Biggest problem was when I arrived I learned my credit card was declined. We did still get a room but I wish I would have been notified before arrival. The card was on hold due to a fraud concern. I didn't realize it effected my reservation. A bit embarrassing for me and the desk clerk.

NO SO GOOD

Check-in was awkward. The gentleman seemed preoccupied. As we were checking in he informed us there is an additional $15 fee for the advertised "Free Parking". No explanation, just pay it! The room was spacious and fairly cleen but was not handicap accessible as requested. One of the elevators was broken as well as the only vending machine on the floor. If you can tolerate motorcycles drag racing and thin walls it's all you. Spend a little money and go across the street and visit Sonic for eats, you’ll thank sorself. Knowing it is an Express we didn't have grest expectations. I don't believe we will return.

This hotel charges for parking extra, which was not disclosed by hotels.com and neither in their bill details. Although the hotel checkin will extort $20 per night. So make sure whatever is the deal with parking before you book!!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered good options. We also appreciated that the staff allowed us an extra 30 minutes after checkout. The location is excellent, just minutes from Ohio State University and very convenient for driving around.
