It was cool, the elevator was broken so I had to tote my luggage upstairs. The breakfast was fire the biscuits and gravy was so good. Staff was cordial. Walls are thin and I could hear the giant upstairs above me at 3am.

Staff at check in was ok. After we checked in they allowed someone else to charge food to our room. No one was there to get a receipt at check out and got yelled at by staff when I called to question the charge.

Would not recommend
Rooms were dirty (candy canes smashed into carpet of one room and stained, footprint on sheets in another room), loud/screaming kids running the halls all night, breakfast was gross (pancake machine takes forever and only spits out 2 mini pancakes at a time, cream cheese for bagels had sat out too long, definitely not the “buffet” they advertise). Beds were comfy, they offer Dove bath/hair stuff, staff friendly…..those are the only positives.
