This is a very well maintained hotel with friendly, efficient staff. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and there was even a small closet to put your luggage away. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and food was good. The evening happy hour was delightful with taco’s served as well as 3 drinks per person (with your card) per night at no additional charge. Fresh popcorn on hand as well as coffee/tea and carbonated drinks 24 hours a day. The only downside was one of the elevators was not working as a part was needed for repairs. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommend.

Our room was great. Clean and spacious. However our entire floor smelled like ammonia. The specific smell was like cat pee, and it was overwhelming from the moment the elevator opened. The manager and the staff were very friendly!

For starters, we booked this room though Expedia who advertised the room as being one with a couch and extra lounging area. When we walked into the room, it was a standard 2 queen room. I had to pay $270 through Expedia when that same room through Drury was $168. Unacceptable. Expedia did nothing about it. The bathroom had hair in it, the washer in the laundry room had green beans and hair tied stuck in the front of it, and the pool and hot tub are very small compared to other locations. The staff was very friendly though and kept up very well with having all rooms booked!

We like to sray at the Drury Inn when we come to Columbus.The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The snacks and breakfasts they provide are great! The staff are friendly and the front desk is helpful. We have never bern disappointed!

They need to fix one of only 2 elevators. One day we were awakened by fire alarms and it was because one of the teenage guests decided it would be funny to pull it. They have an awesome breakfast and dinner buffet and free drinks but no alternative to pork options for kosher diners.

Great check in. Very friendly and got us in a bit early. Room cleanliness was very poor, blanket to pull out bed had a nasty, crusty, caked on puke stain. Bathroom had shaving cream and hairs on wall. 1 of 2 elevators was not working, and made things very difficult. Had to take the stairs to the 5th floor numerous times. Didn’t see any work on it the entire time. We also saw so many dogs, and even in the pool area. I didn’t appreciate that since I am allergic. We have stayed at Drury for many times, but will not stay again. On top of that, breakfast was sub par.

Walked into our room and there was a dirty pair of earrings laying on our bed went down to the lobby and they gave us a new room. Second room had hair in the toilet and stuff behind the nightstand as well dirt around the bed. The elevator was down so only one was working. It worked for the night we stayed.

There was only one evaluator working. It took forever to get to ur room. Breakfast the next morning, the toaster was broken. The lock on our room was broken.

No sleep and dead elevators.

The room was okay, but the bed was hard. Kids were pulling fire alarms at 5:00 am so no sleep to be had. There was a car show at the hotel the night we booked which were not made aware of before booking. The parking lot was full with car trailers to the point where we couldn’t park our car at the hotel. The front desk just said to park at the restaurant next door. Half of the car show people were gone when the fire alarms went off at 5:00 am so I know that half of them didn’t even book rooms there. I don’t care how a hotel fills their rooms, but putting certain customers over other customers rubbed me wrong. Half of the elevators were broken which was only two to begin with for a sizable hotel so you were left waiting for awhile to get to the lobby. I asked for adjoining rooms a week early because I have kids. That was denied or ignored so me and the wife had to split up for the night. I won’t stay again for sure. Hampton Inns usually serve me well and will stick with those from now on.

Loved everything about this place! It was clean, the staff were all friendly, I felt safe with my child there, easy parking. I just wish they had an outside pool. The inside pool with lots of families and kids is a little loud.

This property overall was nice, the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the room and will have Drury at the top of my list for when I travel. The only downside to this location was one of elevators was not working, which caused backups. Then my last day the fire alarm went off at 7:30AM. It turned out to be a false alarm but it would have been nice for an all call to the rooms or to get an employee to each floor to tell customers.

The hotel was close to shopping. It was also very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Their managers reception was really nice. The drinks were strong and the snacks were plentiful.
