Check in was fine, and when we got up to our room they had changed us to a double queen room and we had paid for a king room. When we called down- they said that they gave all of the king rooms to people who booked direct. I advised them I Booked several weeks in advance and asked why we weren’t give the room We booked based on booked date. She said ‘that’s not hotels work’. They were very rude, wasn’t able to ‘do anything about it’ and couldn’t adjust our price or give us the room we booked bc we ‘booked through Expedia’
