Free laundry room, how to be in pool kind and friendly staff always on duty. A transformer blew up and caught fire outside of the hotel, and they had the electricity back on within hours and everything else back on by the next day I stay at lot of hotels I come to Ohio for work five days a week. We walked in the main lobby and it immediately smelled like weed. Had we not prepaid, we would’ve turned around and walked out. The location is excellent. Right off the interstate with tons of restaurants and shops around. But there are lots of other hotels there that probably don’t smell like a Grateful Dead concert. It’s an extended stay hotel, so probably should’ve been a sign that people live there and feel more comfortable doing recreational habits.

My only problem was my key didn’t work the second nite and I had to drive back around from the back parking and wait over 25 mins for the clerk to come back to the desk to fix my key, he left nothing saying he had left the desk and it was 1:30am and I was exhausted and just wanted to go to bed.

I usually stay here when in Columbus our room did not have the amount of towels and things we needed and the dish washer was full of dirty dishes from the previous stay. Room was not as clean as it should be with crumbs under the table and and the room did not look vacuumed or swept.
