Checked in and parked in designated parking lot. Wanted a nice, relaxing night. We were woke up to the phone ringing before 8 am due to an “event” in the parking lot and needed to move our vehicle right away or risk not being able to leave. No mention of this at check in…no mention when we returned that evening and no signs in designated parking lot. Very unprofessional as it would have been easy to communicate. I heard many others that were upset. Will not stay again. We checked out right away.

It was a nice venue. No microwave in the room and it was a small room we felt like. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet. The clerk that was working during check in changed our room to first floor because I had just recently had surgery and couldn't climb stairs very well. I appreciated that.

Love this place

The staff is always wonderful and welcoming. The hotel restaurant and bar have everything you could need. The shuttle to the concert is such a wonderful perk. The bathroom had been updated and was wonderful. The room smelled musty and the ac made noise, but neither was a deal breaker. We're already scheduled to be back in 2 months
