The not so well hotel review!

I was a little weary of staying here due to the reviews but it was one i. Very few options left for the country superfest. The elevator was loud and if you ask me i would say scary all the noises it made. The halls had a smell as if you were entering a nursing facility. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom and it was not mine. The toilet sits practically in the ground very low. The toilet kept clogging every and anytime it was flushed. The kicker for me was we went for breakfast a little after 8 and was told by a staff member that they had none left as the staff last night did not do their job so we paid a pretty penny for this place due to the crowds and honestly i was very unsatisfied that we will not.be going back here anytime in the future.

The day was OK. The room just was not clean properly. It was hair on the shower walls. The room was OK, but I just couldn’t get past the hair all on the shower walls in the bathroom.

Room was clean but the bathroom walls were peeling, diverted on shower didn’t work and the spout was coming out of the wall. Also the breakfast buffet was a very sparse presentation. The building and surrounding areas were very nice. Lots of dining potions.

good room the rest so so...

The room was great, but the rest of the hotel was dirty, and in general, all the floors were sticky, including the elevator. The breakfast looked old as the eggs were sandy, the little hamburgers were super dry, the coffee pot was bone dry, and the juicer machine didn't work... I ended up eating 2 yogurts... I'm still waiting for the refund of my deposit. I don't understand why it's taking so long, as when I stayed in other hotels, I received it back right away.

Everything was so much in order very clean staff was awesome anything we needed they were very accommodating had it small issue about the type of card that I was using however they made a exception for me and allowed me to extend a day when I needed to
