The staff was very helpful and kind to their guests. The buffet seating area was big enough for a lot of people. It is also a pet friendly hotel, too.

The room was clean, the staff was very courteous. Internet was great too. I enjoyed my stay very much. Note that the hotel isn't new so there is some wear and tear on various things, but overall it was an excellent stay.

Washcloths were stained or dirty with make up. Sheets were dingy and pilled. Decor is dated. Booked this place because it was a bargain for 1 night...we got what we paid for. Reception desk and breakfast staff were friendly. We did not use the pool or fitness center.

Room was spacious and clean. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. We had to ask for an additional toilet paper roll since there was little paper for the one in the roll in the bathroom. Also, the shower curtain liner was not attached correctly so I fixed it.

Unfriendly kitchen staff at breakfast. Door to the outside wouldn’t shut on its own and could be pulled open easily without a key. I’ve machines broken and no offer to get ice. Room extremely dirty with a film of dirt covering the bathroom. Would not recommend
