First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in this inflated price point and the restaurant was only open limited hours. VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY! HOLIDAY INN, never again.

Room in good condition the heater was very loud each time it started running hard to have a good night rest. We left a day early because it was so loud. We went to find help from front desk no one was there. We also needed clean towels and couldn’t find some one.
