The reason I rated this stay so low is because the second night the room above us must have been walking around but it sounded like someone was doing jumping jacks from 2:30 AM until I checked out. Not a good night sleep at all and was upset.

Mattress Hard As Hail!

King size bed deserves a "SOFT MATTRESS!" Wife and I tossed and turned all three nights. It was so bad we had to go out to Walmart to purchase a foam crate to lay over the mattress. Even though it's a pet friendly location. We still need to remove all the dog or cat hair from the prior tenant.

Horrible Beds

The beds were the hardest beds I have ever slept on, and the room had had a pet odor to it. It did seem clean though. I was also really surprised that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast given the price, but that's my own fault for not looking into that further before I booked.

The parking lot was extremely packed with most vehicles taking up multiple spaces. The room wasn't overly clean, but it wasn't disgusting. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I will probably not stay at this hotel again.

The second/ third shift front desk person was amazing. I think her name was Marilyn. I would like to personally thank her for her wonderful service. She made our night perfect. Coming from being in the road to a clean and comfortable place was the cherry on top. She deserves a raise!

Very nice stay.

Very nice suite, plenty of space, comfortable bed, and most importantly it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were quick and easy. This was only an overnight stay on the way to another destination, but I would happily stay here for an extended stay if I’m ever in the Columbia area.
