Great staff. Have stayed here about 6 times, from the beginning of it's service and the staff is always generous to requests. In my case, I needed a shuttle from the airport for a late arrival flight of about 12 midnight, a time when many hotels let their drivers go. This hotel is distinct, and after I called to inform them when I will be arriving and if a ride was possible, they came through once again, even if the resident receptionist must make the drive themselves. Very distinct in this day and age- 5 star class.

We’ve stayed here several time. In the past, the TV buffered a lot. This is the first time it did not at all and we actually enjoyed having it on. We were there for just a short time this trip and appreciate the fact that we could enjoy the lounge and food service while relaxing in the lobby. We did utilize the microwave to warm up some leftovers as well. Check in was fast and courteous. In the past we have also enjoyed fresh baked cookies upon arrival and my husband jokingly asked where’s the cookies. One of the staff stated, “This isn’t the Doubletree” and laughed. When she stepped away, staff said there used to be cookies under her breath. We just thought her quick response was odd. Regardless, we enjoy the convenience and location of the hotel, along with the outstanding cleanliness.
