Excellent service from Essince, she is very cordial and helpful. Helped me with my cards to get into the room and escorted me to the room to ensure it was not a malfunctioning door and was able to get in with no problem with her help. Everyone that I have met at this location, housekeeping and maintenance were very cordial and welcoming. Appreciate the outstanding customer service.

Room was not cleaned needed to call for towels. Elevator went out we were on the 3rd floor my husband has bad knees he could not leave the room, I have COPD walked down to the 1st floor to get coffee and could hardly breath. Will never stay here again it was a waste of money.

Great place for everything, but this facility felt like it was made from cardboard. The walls were too thin. I can hear my neighbors very clearly. From foot steps above and from the bed rocking from the side neighbors, if you know what i mean. I didnt even care if they were getting there freak on and they weren't even loud, but the walls are way too thin.
