Step out to the best hiking area and geological formations in Colorado Springs! Total 5 bedrooms and lots of extra sleeping areas. Loft deck, super comfy beds and each bedroom has a Smart TV w/ Netflix, Hulu etc. for streaming your favorite shows. Hike, explore, relax in cozy comforts of home with friend!
THE SPACE:
❁ Large home with multiple dwellings for privacy yet large groups to gather and in stay in lots of room to spread out and enjoy!
❁ Comfortable spacious beds. Central air, Wi-Fi, laundry and ample parking available to the guests. Kitchen comes with utensils, oil, spices, sugar, coffee, etc.
❁ Lots of parking on site and also on street - but one (1) car for every three (3) guests allowed to avoid over crowding. If more cars - please contact host.
❁ Caretaker on property in the backside without any obstruction nor interference with complete privacy.
GUEST INTERACTION:
❁ We do not live on site but have a caretaker close by and we live only a few minutes away. We have a caretaker who is available to help with any needs.
