I really appreciated the close proximity to the Broadmoor where I was attending a conference. It is situated in a very convenient area for groceries, restaurants and shopping. They need to work on the correct communication with accessing the property. (Knowing the correct kind of lock [Yale] and how to operate it for entrance. You must push the checkmark after the code in order to make it work!) The people on the phone were very great at helping us through the difficulty. The lock also locks differently then according to the instructions. This was a very nice place for us to stay, and I would definitely stay here again! (Access to the front door is a little tricky!) This apartment would not be handicap accessible.
