Worst stay ever for a five star rating. I have no idea how expedia determine the star rating on this website since this is not even close to 4 stars. I suggest its best to stay away from this hotel, unless you dont have a choice. They didnt accept the booking when we showed from hotels.com and had to wait on an international call for 10 mins its then they reluctantly took us in.the breakfast was next to nothing.. half of the food wasnt available. The hotel staff was very much giving us a cold shoulder..

Could be great, Maintenance very bad

The hotel and its team are very good. The maintenance is very bad. I have had to replace 3 times Room till I am tiered but it is the best room I have found in the hotel. 1. First room as I took a shower the waste water tube was blocked and the tech. man has fixed it. 2. The door to the wc could not be closed therefore I have had to replace another room. 3. The water pressor is very low and let the feeling someone is piecing on you. 4. Confusion on the lift Bottom Nr. 1leads to rooms Nr. 200 and up. and so on with tho other bottoms.

I had nice stay at Trillium Hotel for my business trip. The room spacious enough & comfortable bed. I was stay at room no 201, which face the front side of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their american breakfast also good, just some flies disturbing during my breakfast time.

I started keeping a list of all the problems with this hotel, but I stopped after the list surpassed 10 items---some items are too disgusting to list here. It's a new hotel, yes, but it also seems as though it's a hotel that was dreamt up by someone who knows nothing about hotels. The staff tried to help, but I think this place is a lost cause if the current management is kept in place.
