Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, but there was cockroach in one the room, addressed instantly but I think needs better control as it's not acceptable for the amount of money we are paying. One more thing is since we have booked a couple of rooms under same booking and requested for two adjacent rooms as travelling with elderly parents, that was not provided and rooms were same floor but way apart, which was bit upsetting for me. To me premium price requires premium service.

This property, js very noisy cant sleep at night. Also why is there someone in the gym looking at you working out especially a guy. That js creepy. The noise level is too high cant sleep. I was given a room facing Galle Road andnit was a upgrade it felt like a downgrade.for the noise they should do something.
