Good location from the rail station. Staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and of great value with lots of choice. Our room 401 was clean with amenities as described on website. We heard little noise and had a good nights sleep. The hotel was excellent. Very professional and friendly staff. Check in was so easy and our room was ready early. The room was spotless and very bright and airy. There was a fridge and a safe at no extra charge. And good air con. The bathroom had plenty of fresh towels and shower amenities. Breakfast was amazing. Served in the lovely spacious dining room. A great selection of hot and cold dishes. Cereals, breads and pastries. There was even bubbly to start the day. The location is excellent and just a short stroll to the train station and cathedral and down to the river. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Santo
