Convenient to cathedral and train station. Only complaints were the bed was small and not very comfortable, no space for toiletries, and curtains let in a lot of light from the street. Room was clean, modern, and quiet.

En plein centre mais c'est sale !

Le sol et la salle de bain salle et mal nettoyé après le départ des précédants voyageurs. On pouvait voir encore le reste de dentifrice et des poils par exemple ! C'est très trompeur de dire que c'est un très grand lit, c'est un lit taille standard à peine suffisant pour deux. 4eme étage sans ascenseur, idem ce n'est pas indiqué dans les descriptions! Son seul point positif c'est qu'il est vraiment en plein centre ville et qu'il avait un ventilateur et frigo.

It was an extremely comfortable, well organised hotel. Loved the bunk room. Pity it didn't have a lift! :D Was a little complicated signing in but a very helpful receptionist helped. Well positioned in town.

Perfect central city location, right next to the cathedral and train station. Modern room, clean, comfortable beds, kettle and small fridge, modern bathroom and WiFi. No manned reception, but very responsive via email when we had a query. 5 flights of stairs to our room, so do be aware! Would recommend. Only small problem was shower pressure/temperature was intermittent at times.

The automated check-in needed a bit of guesswork. Got my code after two attempts but when I tried to use it, it wasn't clear that I needed to press the "tick" key after entering the number. The basin plug wasn't working so I had to use my own. Room was a bit cramped and wakward to move around in. Otherwise a pleasant stopover, at the end of a day's journey by rail from London. Hotel was easy to find, clean, well equipped and beautifully renovated.

Personally would not stay here again. Check in process was horrible, there were ants all over the bathroom and the railing for the top bunk was completely broken. Good things about the stay is it’s in a prime location and the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

the beds were horrible, the mattress kept sliding off the base and they were generally uncomfortable, the room was so small that once my mattress moved over a few inches it would block the bathroom door. there's no air conditioning, they supplied a pedastal fan which was noisy and did almost nothing, there's no airflow in the room, the only way to cool the room down was to open the door to the street which just made it incredibly noisy. we were on the 4th floor, there's no elevator, the light on the 3rd floor is broken so in the dark it's dangerous. despite booking for 2 people they gave us 1 coffee pod for the machine. there were signs in the bathroom to indicate that there was supposdly some spa aromatherapy things (bath salts?) but no sign of those, there was a guide on how to use the soundbar, but there was no sound bar. the balcony furniture consisted of a single wierd plastic rabbit shaped thing, which i guess you could sit on? the lever that connects to the plug in the sink was broken, i reported this to the property 2 hours after checking in, we never got a response the whole time, it was still broken 4 days later when i checked. this hotel is maybe one step up from a hostel if you don't like talking to anyone or having any kind of human interaction - the checkin process is fully automated via a kiosk at the front door. we moved to another hotel and had an actual relaxing stay in Cologne. i now understand why the only options for this hotel were non-refundable.
