Der Gastgeber war während des Aufenthalts gut erreichbar.Allerdings konnte er vorher nicht erreicht werden. Da die Check-In-Informationen auch am Vortag der Anreise nicht mitgeteilt wurden, bedurfte es einer Einschaltung des Fewo-Kundenservices.Leider funktionierte dann auch der Schlüsselcode nicht, da der Gastgeber diesen umgestellt hatte. Glücklicherweise war der Gastgeber telefonisch zu erreichen.Die Wohnung machte einen sauberen Eindruck. Allerdings haben nur zwei Räume überhaupt Fenster, was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht.Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil schon etwas lädiert. Zwei Stühle waren gebrochen und das Sofa verschlissen.Keinen Abschlag erhielten wir für den (unbekannten) Umstand, dass direkt über der Wohnung Estrich gelegt wurde und es einen Tag durchgängig Baulärm gab.Als Schlafstätte während des Karnevals durchaus zweckmäßig, allerdings vermitteln Preis und Beschreibung ein etwas anderes Bild.
