Coconut Grove beach resorts & accommodations

The staff was amazing, but my favorite person was April at check-in. She was funny, knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Location is quite central. The hotel staff are quite helpful. We did not get a microwave in our room and it was quite inconvenient, but when we asked, they were happy to provide us with one.

Overall, the property was great. Our only complaint about the room is that the sensor lights would randomly go off on you - think while in the shower, etc - and not come back on with movement. This happened at least a few times. Our biggest complaint and reason we would not give a higher score is that the Friday night bartender experience was not good. She was not personable whatsoever. After first having to clear it with a manager, she finally turned on the NBA finals game. Everything was fine until around 11 PM. Literally, 5 seconds left in the game, the bartender made us leave so she could clean… even roped us off. A little bit of customer service goes a long way and unfortunately, due to this experience, next time we will look elsewhere for accommodations.
