Coconut Grove beach resorts & accommodations

The room was nice, clean. However the neighbors were very noisy all night, slamming doors into the night. Finally we called security to shut them up. That went on until 2am. It worked until the morning, to hem again slamming doors. I got no sleep. Should get a refund for the last night. Don’t guests understand That others are staying there. What happened to common curtesy.

The location was excellent. There was not enough room/seats around the swimming pool and it was Very noisy loud music. Nice large room but not enough draws/hanging space for clothes if you are staying more than a week. Breakfast was not good very little choice and slow service. I know you have to have the air conditioning on but it was very cold in the breakfast room . At the reception table most of the time there was only one or two receptionists and when checking in or out it could be a long wait.

The ladies at the front desk who worked on 3/28 who checked me out at 130Pm were super nice and helped me out when I had some unfortunate problems come upon me
