This is was the worse experience, I could not stay there because of the flooding, the smell of urine and the bugs on the bed. I had to book another hotel after 10:30 pm. The front desk claims he would advise Expedia to get a full refund.

Room not clean bathroom not clean. Dead cockroach squashed on the wall behind the room door. Sheets were clean but the floors were gross. Holes in walls in the bathroom plugged with toilet paper! Just gross overall even though the decor seememd new. Grime in every corner of the floor. Bathroom falling apart! Deplorable. Loud guests at 6 am with their door wide open into the pool inner courtyard woke me up. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We did not stay we didn’t feel safe, there was so much water around the whole facility it was crazy! The shower was dirty. We ended up getting a refund and leaving .
