The property looks like an old motel converted into a Ramada Inn. It’s dirty and dull. The staff was amazing tho. Very nice and very helpful

The night front desk staff were unprofessional and rude. People were smoking cigarettes at the front door or in the hallway walking to your room. Garbage was everywhere. The AC in the room was not cooling. The room blinds or curtains were damaged and wouldn't close well to allow privacy for us. The room was not clean and not enough towelsor toilet papers. The toilet smelled bad. No shampoos was provided. The breakfast was gone completely around 8AM.

Awful. Drunk people outside our room all night. 2 rooms with small kids and couldn’t even put us near each other. Holes in the walls, stained ceilings, it was so gross all I could think about was if there are bed bugs. Ya get what ya pay for!

The bugs crawling on the wall were not good the spider and the spiderwebs on the corners of the room was not good, but the pillows and bed were super comfortable, and the sheets were very clean and room smelt clean

Room was remodeled and neat but needed maintenance on several things. Doors off rails, outlet nonfunctioning, missing bulb. Housekeeping was 70%, like they forgot to go back after lunch and finish.

When I got there they gave me an unclean room. The bed wasn’t made, trash can were full, tissue holder was broke and had hair all over it. When I got a new room this room literally had 8 roaches. I saw one right when I was falling asleep crawling by my head then I got up killed it and search throughout the room. Killed a baby one and then saw two dead behind my bed. I didn’t get any good rest the one night I was here because I was terrified if a roach would crawl on me. When I was getting ready to leave I literally saw two more roaches. This was the worst hotel/motel experience I’ve ever had. Never doing a Ramada again!
