Hotels.com useless for reservations

Hotels.com was a useless site to make a reservation. When arriving at the motel they could find no record of my reservation, either by name, phone number, or itinerary number. Fortunately, motel staff very very helpful and accommodating, otherwise we would not have a place to stay.

Beds comfort wasnt any different than any other hotel. Could offer a meat choice on the days they provide biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. Some people dont like biscuits and gravy and you only then have scrambled eggs as your main entre’. The morning they provided scrambled eggs with potatoes and ham and also provided sausage patties was excellent. Always had water, ice tea and coffee readily available.

Was disappointed to be woken up at 7:30 on a Sunday by a helicopter taking off and landing. Staff was great. Door to room wouldn't close on it's own due to humidity. Hot tub out of order.
