I made a last minute reservation for a different property but immediately rebooked and stayed again at South Ridge after experiencing bad customer service at the other hotel. I will continue to book here whenever we are in the area. You're around many food options, you are within 10 minutes from the airport and you'll have amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were asked if there was anything we needed every time we walked out of room. I would strongly suggest staying here, i actually just booked it again for a last minute trip.

The staff was very friendly & helpful!! The beds & pillows were very comfortable. It was very quiet & felt very safe. We understand the hotel is undergoing renovation, which is good. The rooms have areas in need of repair, though some items have clearly been updated. The breakfast provided apples, bananas, a pancake machine & toaster, muffins, bagels, English muffins, bread, cold cereals, instant oatmeal packages, juices, milk, coffee & hot tea. Excellent price & served our purpose of overnight accommodations well.

Nice for a stay with the lady. Just to get away from our two families children for the night. Hot tub was relaxing. Bed was very comfortable. The employees were all very nice.

Safe, clean, good for the price

An older hotel, possibly remodelled sometime within the past 10 years. The location is safe, the beds comfortable, the cleanliness was good, and the suite was very large--two bathrooms, interestingly enough. Breakfast was good, though there were no eggs or meat. It's not luxury, but it was a good place to stay at a low price.
