Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Put in a room next to a person with large multiple dogs. Barked all night. Other side were people who lived here and were up at midnight sweeping snow. Asked to be moved and told no. Heater went only up to 65 and it is 6 degrees outside. Asked for extra blankets and was told it was $40 a blanket. Ended up leaving at 03:00 and slept in car at rest area.

The staff was friendly. the room heater was not on when we got there. Then the room was either too hot or too cold because the thermostat was not working and I had to turn it off or on depending on the temperature of the room.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and most importantly it was quiet which made sleep very peaceful! The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and friendly. This made check in/out very nice and efficient. Bathroom was clean, TV worked, Fridge and microwave in the room were in working order. Parking was available and seemed safe without worries. The location was very convenient and stores/food/gas are very close if needed. I would stay here again!

False advertisement, you have to pay a deposit and if you have pets and is not a service animal you can't stay, while in they portal they said pets stay free. No empathy for situations, as the weather or the time. No good if you have your money is tie, because it takes 7 to 10 days for a refund.

Staff was courteous. The hotel was also very kind and accommodating, to reserve lower floor and great parking as we are seniors and no elevator. I would have given it 5 star, had it actually had a seat cover on the toilet... as people take showers or potty, and there was only the back of toilet top to put whatever to change into, or toss it on the floor or towel out to dress in the rest of the hotel room. Sink etc. area was out in the room as well, which was fine & some do have that, but no clue why no toilet seat cover on the toilet, not a public bathroom, like a rest stop or anything... it was so very inconvenient to say the least.
