We checked into this hotel after leaving another local hotel that was gross and unsafe. We were only here for one night but our experience was excellent. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Our room was exceptionally clean and nice. Walls must be well insulated because we didn’t hear a single noise coming from the hallways or neighboring rooms. We weren’t there long enough to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast or amenities but everything appeared nice and well kept. Should we ever return to this area we would 100% stay here again.

The front desk staff both for check in and check out were friendly and helpful. Overall good atay, we would stay there again. Onky a few negatives, carpet in all hotels looks gross and unclean. Open showers i personally do not care for because its cold. Definitely suggest non slip prevention in showers, holy wow it was like trying to balance on ice.

Friendliest Staff Ever!

The pool, basketball court, clean and comfortable room made our stay really fun and memorable. But the staff, every single one of them, were so authentically kind. Everyone went above and beyond for our every need and seemed happy to do so. Loved this hotel!

Super comfortable room, excellent staff assistance when needed, and perfect location for us. It’s a new property so everything looks nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Responsive staff emailed us ahead of time to make sure the handicapped room would work for my husband.

We only stayed for one night as we were just passing through but the staff were quick and responsive. The King Studio we stayed in had lots of space and everything we needed. There are a ton of food options around the area so you can find whatever you are in the mood for. The bed was comfy and we slept well! If passing through Cleveland, I would absolutely stay again.
