The Taawaki Inn is a hidden gem! It was the perfect place to stay for our anniversary. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Also, the breakfast in the morning was wonderful! We will definitely be coming back!

One of the nicest hotel we stayed in.

Best Hotel I have stayed in in awhile. Very nice and clean. We will definitely stay again. I used there EV charger was a plus.

A very modern, clean hotel. Many reviews mentioned the breakfast. Our experience was terrible. Service was 7-10:00 am, we arrived at 8:55. Three empty tables out of 9, I think, were empty, but littered with empty dishes. Most food items were depleted. We asked for help to get a table cleared and asked about food replenishment. Told it was coming. 20 minutes later, they brought out a tray of 2 pastries, both were so undercooked that they were inedible. And the main frittata dish pieces had clearly been sitting for quite a while. 2 were left and when we left at 9:30, they didn’t bring anymore. So very disappointed and started our day’s adventure hungry. I did tell the woman at the front desk about this. She said that she would pass my comments on to the “head chef.” Definitely understaffed and struggling when we stayed.

I stayed here one night to enjoy the afternoon Verde Canyon Railroad ride and was pleased by how close it was to the main attraction. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I find myself exploring Cottonwood, AZ.

Beautiful new hotel with art and views

This hotel was comfortable with striking views of the Verde Valley and red rocks beyond. The breakfast was outstanding and the hotel is decorated with gorgeous Hopi art. We took advantage of walking down the the river and enjoying sunset on the patio with the gas fire pits. I would recommend for business or pleasure!

This hotel is very modern. Some of the new features around the building and inside were really cool. Some of the things they do to conserve energy is brilliant and makes sense as a business owner and customer alike.

I love this hotel! The energy and the vibe is great, maybe it’s the Hopi influence, I don’t know but we loved it! It’s bright and clean. Our room (we splurged and got a king suite) was huge and amazing. They have the European thing where your key card has to be in the holder for the lights to be on. The breakfast was the best with pastries from a local bakery (I assume). Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful artwork all around. The gallery/gift shop is a-mazing. I love everything about it. We found good places to eat in Cottonwood. Took the Verde Canyon train and went to the nearby Tutzigoot National Monument. Fantastic trip!
