This place was very nice. It's close enough to quickly drive to downtown Cincinnati and many of the places we wanted to see. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.The house itself was lovely. The view from the balcony and the living area were amazing. They had extra blankets and space heaters tucked in many places to accommodate different temperatures. It had a modern feel in an older home. All the beds were very thick memory foam.A couple of cautions. This house has a lot of stairs that are slightly steeper than standard including from the parking spot to the front door. It also had extra stairs between bedrooms and in the master suite. We traveled with adults, but I could see the space being difficult to navigate with children or those who have difficulty climbing stairs. It was very dark at the front door, so bring a flashlight if you come and go after dark so you can get the key in the lock. And I'm used to sleeping in a dark room, so I was grateful that I brought my sleep mask.The landlord was VERY responsive and available to answer questions and give advice to manage problems. They clearly wanted us to have a good time. It is a pet peeve of mine that if a rental is truly a peak experience, the landlord doesn't need to ask for the highest rating five times.For the right group, this is a perfect place.
