I had a one night stay for a concert and liked the apartment although a little outdated, particularly the shower. It was a good option for the price. $12 Uber into CBD or could walk. Some good bars close by. Free parking. I would definitely stay again.

The manager was an absolute gem and great help. The room was clean. Although I did not realize there were only steps as this would have been handy to know with luggage to get to the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were all separated and not good. The sofa bed was unable to be used as a bed it was so uncomfortable my daughter had to sleep with me. While the host was amazing I more than likely will book elsewhere if I return to christchurch.

Very average. Bathroom extractor fan didn't work, no provision for recycling, weird range of uselessTV stations available, but no instructions. Sign at street not lit at night, made it hard to find the place. Bed linen nice and clean though
