"While the room was clean, beds were neatly made...the pillows left a lot to be desired. needed to utilize all 3 to almost make one full pillow. The elevator was broken...same with the ice machine on the first floor. I'm sure you can imagine the joy in carrying a cooler full of ice down the stairs. ..."
