Employees are top notch!

Every single employee was exceptional with customers. Myself and my son were treated do nicely as were the other guests we encountered staying there.
The fire pit was a great feature for relaxing.
Great views from the rooms.
Bartender even made my son a mocktail.

Great views!

The room was very clean. The views from the balcony were incredible. I loved the separate sitting area that could be closed off with doors. Lots of space everywhere. I do wish the lighting in the bathroom was better. With the shower curtain closed, with rather dark in the shower.

This hotel is very mediocre

Casio had a plumbing issue so bathrooms were closed so they stopped serving alcohol. Hotel is very run down can only get maid service every 3 days. Have to go to front desk for clean towels. Hotel bar closes before 11:00. Staff is nice but absolutely no extra service. We would not stay here again.

Quiet retreat with a view of the city and valley with amenities in house. A short drive to shopping and restaurants. In our 5 day stay, we did not get house keeping services because you had to request it on line but that didn’t work either. Large rooms with comfortable bed. Carpets could be updated. Microwaves available for a fee.

The rooms were okay , just everything is old so it’s out of condition; pillow, mattresses were not comfortable; the pool was nasty needs cleaning felt like I was swimming in pee but other than that the view is good, the staff friendly.

They have comfy beds and linens, but the place is starting to show its age with a little wear around the edges. The general housekeeping was okay, but the view window was filthy with greasy hand and face prints. I was there for a convention, and would stay again for the same reason, otherwise I might start looking at other options.
