This is a very nice hotel. We have been on the road for a month. We have stayed in a variety of places. The grand room in the lobby was awesome. The rooms have balconies and as a result open windows and a door. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good and was served hot. Some places do not. I am glad we found this place. One of the best we have stayed at in this price range.

A bit dated in some areas, but the service, charm and fabulous breakfast buffet makes up for that! It's locally owned so they don't have the big corporate money to update everything at all times. But, the charm and the care that is put into this hotel is clearly there. Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I would 100% stay here again.

We saw lot of dogs around, did not realize dogs friendly means we get to dine & meet lot of dogs all over the place, some owners did not manage them properly, so felt bit uncomfortable around them, so going forward we decided not to pick any dogs friendly hotels due to those reason. The staff was wonderful. The room dates but sufficient. The lobby, music, games, coffee….the reason we go. Love that they are pet friendly, but you can’t smell pets. The gardens are beautiful. It’s just a cozy little place and there are great stores, trampoline park, and rock climbing close by.

Due to last minute change it. Our travel plans. We had to book a hotel quickly. They were able to accommodate us in a comfortable room. Close to our family. The rooms are outdated and not even close to the price we paid. The walls are very thin and we heard our neighbors coughing the whole night. On the other side of us, we could hear our neighbors doing their business in the restroom! The pipes crack and creak every time someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower. There were people above us with children who kept running around. Oh and the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Pretty much a terrible experience! Definitely feel like we got ripped off.
