Not the worst not the best

Service was great, staff was friendly. Room was clean for the most part. Ceiling had signs of water damage from upstairs unit. Bed was not very comfortable but not horrible if you like a firm bed. Had plenty of pillows, even a "play" pillow(wedge). All in all for the savings from staying downtown id choose it again.

Only thing I didn’t like is who ever cleaning the rooms not clean it real good or sanitizing I had ants around my Jacuzzi tub because somebody had probably previous had beer in there and it was a beer bottle top so I had to clean it myself. The shower was nasty. I wasn’t able to take a shower I had to just wash up. when I pay that type of money, I expect to be able to take showers and relax without having to clean it. The overall experience is cool. The customer service is very great.

Everything was great. Not sure if the motel knows that the plug in the whirlpool doesn’t stay unplugged. You have to sit there for like 20 minutes holding it open for the water to drain. Also, don’t know if they’re aware that

Worth it

Jacuzzi in the room was AWESOME! But probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in since the 80’s. Only a thin useless blanket and the A/C only had two settings…arctic tundra or off. The room could only be 100 degrees or 50 degrees. No middle ground. But it was wonderful to get away and the price was right, so two thumbs up!

I will be returning again. I love the Jacuzzi and the King suites they offer carpet or tile floor units and they very clean for the most part with non-smoking. They do offer balconies for the people that do smoke so I do love that option but I just had to have the room with the Jacuzzi.

Whirlpool tub was great, sheets bedding and towels were clean and great quality. The air conditioning was super cold! The room itself could use some updates like new carpet and maybe a smart tv but overall our stay was perfect!

I was told thr it would be a 100 deposit once we arrived and they also said that there atm had a charge charge of 3 dollars so once I left to get the money from a Walgreens I realized I was doing to much to get it hotel if I would have known tht I wouldn’t have booked
