1) They charged me for the free breakfast. The food was good but their portions were very small and prices are expensive. 2)No coffee, tea, or microwave in the room. 3) No room service. When we picked up a light dinner from the restaurant to our room, they served little portions of soup in plastic containers (a cup or less, for $15 each), no plates or trays. It was very disappointing.

We love the graduate hotels but we left for a full day from 9 am- 9 pm amd came back to rooms that had not been cleaned by housekeeping 👎👎👎
