Was visiting my sister in the hospital. Location is basically off of I 55. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfortable, remotes are in a clear plastic bags (I usually have to use a while to clean remote; not this time), fridge & microwave in room, & shower had good pressure. Breakfast was decent with a pretty good selection; more than just pastries, fruit, & cereal. Food options are available nearby, but limited; not of lot of great options in this area, but not hotels fault. I informed the worker @ the desk about minor repairs that needed attendance. Again, not hotel’s fault since former guests did not let desk worker know when checking out. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Room was clean, staff was great, breakfast was pretty standard but the attendant in the breakfast area was excellent. She kept the area stocked, clean and was great. We hung out in the main lobby area for some sports (one of the reasons we booked here) and it was comfortable and perfect to hang. My only complaint would have been the beds and pillows which could be a little better.

Our room was not made up. We don't mind keeping towels, but i went to my Aunt's funeral and when we returned after 6 p.m. the room hadn't been tended to. I called the front desk and they said I had opted out and I most definitely didn't. It would have been nice to have real glasses in the room as well as real coffee cups. This doesn't take much and the hotel otherwise was really nice.
