The unit was a very good space. Everything you would want in a short term stay location. In a pretty spot in Evanston. Not really located where you can walk to shops or food but the drives were short and parking was ample. In a cozy neighborhood with schools close by. Streets are very dark at night due limited lighting but night foot traffic was very limited. I would stay again.

When we checked in, I was really surprised about how accurate the pictures looked to the actual rooms. Everything was clean, there weren’t any weird smells, and no plumbing problems. This VRBO was perfect - everything looks brand new! The kitchen is well organized with all we would have needed and the sitting room and television were comfortable and easy to use. We loved the quiet neighborhood-parking was easy- and it was only ten minutes from my grandson at northwestern. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful apartment

The space was great and well maintained. There was loud construction in the building multiple days, as well as boring across the street. Both made it less than an ideal stay, but that wasn’t the fault of the apartment. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
