Cancelled our reservation out of the blue less than three hours before our arrival. We had nowhere to stay when getting to Chicago. Luckily we found a hotel but how crazy. Poorly operated and unprofessional management that does not care about their guests, their plans, or their safety. You can sleep on the street for all they care. Be prepared for 20 questions the night before as well. If you prefer privacy and assurance that your plans are set, choose somewhere else to stay.
