The room had plenty of amenities, but I had trouble controlling the lights and heat/air. But the biggest problem of the room was the hotelโ€™s sustainable environment policy. The staff would not clean my room while I was outside and I was disappointed with that. So I give this hotel 3/5 stars.

Iโ€™m not sure why this property was rated so high. Based off reviews, I expected more. The First Gentlemen we encountered to leave luggage before check in was rude. Most of the staff after was friendly. Hotel seems to be dated compared to what weโ€™d stayed in during our other nights on our trip. Location is close to train station and some dining options.
