Upgrades are necessary. It is visibly older and could be maintained a little better. For the shower it’s great to have the shampoo etc but it should not be a squeeze bottle it should be pump as squeezing is difficult.

There was tape holding the bathroom door together! There was mold in the bathtub caulking. Disgusting. I twice asked for a late checkout and was told to check back Sunday morning. When I checked then the clerk said there were no notes on file (which neither clerk said they would put a note) so she couldn’t help me!

Good price. Downtown. Easy access to all we needed. It is dated but that's ok - price was good. Wished I'd known about the parking prior to check in as would have saved some stress of registering and trying to find street parking during heavy traffic (would have parked in lot and straight to check in with luggage). Didn't eat at the restaurant - didn't have a nice feel for happy hour - no idea how the food was. Room was comfy, clean. Hotel was quiet
