Both have patio doors with balconies. 2 large bedrooms on upper level with full bath to share in hall. Both have lake views. Two 9' patio doors in lower level /1/2 bath, 8' pool table, card table, piano, wet bar with frig, central air A/C, ice maker microwave, stereo I-pod ready. large seating area, cement patio with lots of lawn 6 gas grill 120 ft frontage. 150 ft. Please note that you can not tie boats to dock. also built-in boat anchor and fire pit for family gatherings. 4 kayaks that are for your use and a 23-foot pontoon available for rent. Ask for details. Near snowmobile trails and ski loges, great fishing all year round. golf courses, hiking, hunting.


Fall color trails are beautiful in October: there are down river canoeing ,kayaking,and tube rental facilities close by at Indian River also. winter activities include snow skiing snow tubing and snowmobiling and ice fishing spot out front. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It felt homey and welcoming. Plenty of space for the 10 of us. Everything was clean and the kitchen was so nice. Great family gathering space. Great house and great location. House and yard is spacious with plenty of seating for all both inside and out. Property manager responded timely with any questions. Very comfortable four bedroom with a spare bed in basement.

This home was like stepping back in the 70’s. It could have been a bit cleaner, and does not have the typical rental vibe as it was like staying in someone’s home. That being said the positives outweigh any of that. The owner was outstanding to work with. The location is hard to beat. The views were great. The kitchen fit our big family, the beds were comfortable. We had really horrible weather but were able to find things to do in the area.

Home was just as excellent as the yr before. Home owner was accessible prior to check in and after and was accommodating. Plenty of room for family's, kids, babies and trucks and trailers. Lake access was easy and bar and food down Rd topped the stay off.

We had a great stay on Burt Lake. The house was spacious and fit 14 comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms and kitchen space. We loved the lake. The house gets sun all day and the sunsets were amazing! Owner was great to work with, very attentive and helpful.

Spacious Property on Beautiful Lake

The property was very nice. Our family and friends had a great time both inside and outside the house. Plenty of space inside for folks to spread out. The yard and back porch were fun places to hang out and enjoy the views. There’s a nice little bar about 1-mile from the property. We definitely recommend staying here!

Paradise on Burt lake

House and property accommodates all that it says. Plenty of room for everyone. We had no issues at all. This is our third stay here. Plenty of room for parking. And the fall colors were right on target.
