The staff was friendly and welcoming from valet, front desk, bar tenders, and the breakfast crew. The hotel and rom wee as expected which is all let’s delightful. Jason E. stood out at check-in and every time we walked into the building.

New, clean hotel 1 block from the Aquarium. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Two things to keep in mind...valet parking only at $30 per night. There is a city parking garage 1 block away for $12 so we parked there to save money. There are other hotel options at a more reasonable rate close by.

The breakfast could have had more fruit and yogurt options. The room was very clean. A veggie/fruit/cheese was in our room for our 10-year anniversary. Excellent touch! All the staff were very friendly. No issues with the valet service. Overall, excellent stay.

The staff and facilities and location were great! However, I requested conjoined rooms weeks in advance and we didn’t get that. It was a little difficult to navigate all of our kids with locking rooms across the hall from each other. We would stay again if this was no longer an issue.
It was our youngest’s 7th bday!!! I hope the candle isn’t illegal. 🫣
