We waited 1hour and thirty minute and never had the shuttle, we had to take a taxi to go to the hotel, it cost us $45 extra, we call several times the hotel but nobody answer the phonethe hotel is not 1 miles but actually 4miles from the airport, when we arrive the front desk said sorry, we where charged an extra $50 on our credit card a a deposit but it was not mentionated before, the bathroom is outsated and bas shape

I had to be moved to another room because of a water issue in my room, the front desk called twice , after arriving at 4:am from a long trip....but there was an issue with the phone in which I couldn't no answer his call....so he came to the door....he was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience, but the knocking on the door, made my grandson uneasy.....I told my grandson he was doing his job.....at 9:00 am , I had to check out the Room 222 and move to 218....and told that the manager would make an adjustment on my bill for which never heard from the manager, who apparently was not on the property the whole time...I was there...so I was told note had been made on my account, about the incident.....I note does not fix the issue.....The Staff was very friendly and very accommodating.....and should not have to cover for a management issue....I really enjoyed my stay and will come back again.....but also I should have had more than a note left on my account, when some kind contact should have come from the manager of the inconvenience that it caused my grandson and me as Guest at the Holiday Inn Express

The staff was great but the hotel was sketchy. The shower curtain was too short. There weren’t enough towels. Their alarm system kept going off. The breakfast was decent.

My husband and I stayed here twice during our trip. Each time during check in, there was a line. There should be another clerk present to check people in to cut down on wait times. That was my only issue.
