No fridge in the room, the ice machine in the lounge barely worked, no water available anywhere in the hotel as there is one vending machine and the water was sold out.

When booking, people should be informed that there is an area to remove your suitcases from the trunk of the car and leave them at reception. before going searching for a parking place. The lighting above the bed could be improved a bit as you cannot lie in bed and read as the lighting isn't strong enough. We love the fact that there was a restaurant and bar right next door didn't have to go far to get something to eat or drink. Would definitely recommend it to anyone

I don’t think enough of the reviews talk about just how noisy this hotel is. The walls have to be paper thin cause you can hear everything in adjacent rooms. Not only is there a bar with live music on the main floor of this hotel but there is also a club next to it. It sounded like we were inside of the club. Our heat pump was set so it wouldn’t go below 23 and it felt so hot in the room. The bathroom was so bare minimum. I understand they are trying to keep the rooms cheap but for what we paid, it was not worth it. The glass walls around the bathroom don’t go all the way to the ceiling. There’s no shower door so after you shower, the bathroom is just a complete mess of water. There’s hardly any lighting we could barely see. Very upset with how much we paid and how poor quality this hotel is.

Great location. We didn't experience any noise from the performances but we were on floor 3 and the attendant indicated that would be unlikely on that floor. Bathroom shower seethru (opaque), king bed went almost to the wall so getting around was difficult. Ice machine in the lounge. Easy to explore Charlottetown from this location on foot.

This is an exceptional hotel. Right in the downtown of Charlottetown. Walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, and attractions. They even have a great cafe just off of the lobby! And the trailside has live music! A fantastic place for a getaway. I highly recommend staying here.

Great spot for a weekend getaway.

Very cute boutique hotel. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Lovely coffee shop and live entertainment in the entry was fantastic. Pretty much right in the heart of downtown, is walking distance to everything you would need to check out on your stay. Will definitely be back.

It was okay

First time stay here. I didn't realize why it was so inexpensive until we got there. The very polite receptionist informed us that the hotel is very minimalist. There is no tv (which is fine) and there is no hair dryer. There is soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The room is very small, which is fine, but you need to be very comfortable with your bed mate because the bathroom is just a frosted glass wall that is very close to the bed. I suggest turning on some music or video on your phone. Maybe both your phones. It was okay for the one night stay. I wouldn't stay longer than a weekend.
