Overcharged - took my deposit for their defect

I got locked out of the room when I closed the door. The metal security latch closed automatically. The front desk had to break into the room, They kept my deposit and will not answer the phone or return emails.

The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows also hard and there was hair on bathroom floor. I did not get a good sleep and staff did not even care to ask how my stay was. Will never stay again
