We checked in and checked out within 10 min. Recent bedbugs, drug deals in the parking lots and no transportation to the airport. The front desk person was blasting music, didn’t answer the phone multiple times when I called the front desk and didn’t even try to deny anything I said when I felt unsafe there. Do not recommend.

The front desk guy was so helpful upon arrival. There are lots of food options for delivery in the area as well. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The fridge and microwave in room were nice touches. Very conveniently located to the airport for an early morning flight.

The staff was very pleasant. Other than that, the stay was not to my liking. It isn’t an expensive hotel, so didn’t expect a 5 star experience. I did however, expect the bare minimum (comfort and cleanliness) and we did not receive that. I couldn’t get over how dirty it was, so we ended up cutting our stay short.

just one thing!
stay was good, person at front desk, nice young man was very helpful . one thing ruined it all though...the shuttle didn't show up and when you have a flight to catch that is very worrying!! GM had her phone off so no body could do anything...this ruined my whole stay, my son is stationed on base there for 18mths so guess i will avoid this hotel now....when you say you have an airport shuttle you need to have one !
