The Space:
The Penthouse Suite is the entire upstairs of this Victorian dream. Complete with two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two twin bunk beds in the living area, this space sleeps up to 8 people.
The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped. Enjoy the amazing Charleston style porch as well. Off-street parking provided (a rarity downtown!). We offer high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs throughout.

Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Host was excellent. So prompt with all questions. Location of this property was excellent. It was close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. This property was well stocked with everything we needed. We stayed 3 nights 4 days. 5 adults and 1 baby. Off street parking for 2 cars was fantastic!

This property is so charming. We loved the porch and the off street parking was crucial. It was very hot during our stay and the ac struggled to keep up. The unit provided fans that helped. We had a great stay!

Sharing our love for Charleston with others new to the area
This property was fabulous! After complications with booking and then a malfunctioning A/C in another, we were upgraded to this stunning property. The management was easy to work with after hours and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The layout of this property gave two couples time to be together, yet separate, since this is basically two neighboring apartments. You can see from the pictures that the property is tastefully decorated. It is close to the action on King Street, yet far enough away that it is quiet. We would rent this property again.

Nicely appointed spacious place with Charleston charm
Enjoyed our stay at 82 Spring. Property was very nice, spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds are very comfortable and entire place is decorated beautifully. Kitchen and baths have modern fixtures, are very clean with modern southern charm too! Favorite part about this property was the wrap around porch…nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee and some tunes. Location was great and easy to get to popular places of interest…many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place and will be sure to come back and stay again soon.
