My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Made for the perfect Valentine’s weekend! Walkable to every restaurant and bar we wanted to explore. On a safe, relatively quiet street as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location.

Savanah and her team are true professionals. We had an initial issue with the guest upstairs and she not only offered to move us, but made sure the upstairs clients followed the noise ordinances. The apartment is very cute, had everything we needed, and super convenient. Having off street parking was also key. We had all pros, the welcome bag was lovely. I would say the only negative is the noise in the area was a bit much, as the bars got out. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. But besides that, very nice.

All was good except the space. Bathroom and bedrooms small. Too many chairs and too many pillows. No room in bedrooms for luggage. Great Location. Easy checkin and checkout process. Clean. Off street space for parking is tight so best for small car. Good for 2 -3 people max.

Great Location Downtown With Parking

This is a great location for exploring downtown Charleston. Just around the corner from King St (lots of restaurants shopping), and a great Italian coffee shop 1/2 block away (Babas). Would definitely stay here again. Oh easy parking too!

Relaxing and productive

We were moving out my son from CofC and had to do multiple loads of laundry to store clothing and bedding in a storage unit. The washer and dryer in the unit was most helpful for our needs.
