The rooms were dirty and hair was left all around our room. there was also hair under the comforter and on the sheets. where the lights were located, had stains on them. we also walked in and there was a sticky stain on the floor where it had not been cleaned up. the staff was fantastic and treated us right. however, expedia would not refund the room after staff advised us to call expedia so they could call where we were staying and help refund us for the inconvenience and nastiness of the room. i called the expedia help number and after explaining the situation, the lady said there was nothing expedia could do and then hung up on me mid question.

This hotel needs to be torn down.

Trash and debris everywhere outside. Trash in pool, very gross. Room was clean but shower was stained brown. Cobwebs. It was supposedly a no-smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. It felt like the bed was slanted. They sent an email saying coffee would be available but it wasn’t because the manager wasn’t coming back until tomorrow. The second floor exterior cement sidewalk was slanted, feeling like it would collapse any moment.

Nice distance from Charleston. Room was clean which is primary consideration. Furniture needs repair: edges of most were delaminating. Bottom of bathroom door on both side of 153 Lolwere off. Got in late and left early. Did not see much of property.
